Follow the 5-5-5 rule for symptoms

Stay at home for 5 days

Stay at home for 5 days if you have symptoms.

Fill out the self-report form and work with your instructors or supervisors to manage classes or work.

You can leave your house after 5 days if your test comes back negative and your symptoms have improved (fever-free for at least 24 hours).

Get test at Day 5

Get a COVID-19 test before returning to your normal activities (work, school, etc.) to make sure you no longer are spreading the COVID-19 virus.

Wear a mask for 5 days

You need to wear a mask around others for the 5 days after the time you were isolating in your home.
